White Wine
Sancerre and Chablis are the two whites people in Westchester search for most, and we take both seriously: Sancerre from Dominique Roger, Daniel Reverdy and Sylvain Bailly, Pouilly-Fumé from Francis Blanchet, and Chablis from Jean-Marc Brocard, Domaine Servin and Gilbert Picq, up to Premier Cru. The rest of Burgundy follows, with Meursault from Henri Germain and Jean-Philippe Fichet and Puligny and Chassagne from Matrot and Morey-Coffinet. Then the wines we drink on a Tuesday: Albariño from Rías Baixas, Riesling from Keller and von Winning, Grüner Veltliner, Alto Adige Pinot Grigio, Soave and Verdicchio. From home, California Chardonnay from Kongsgaard, Littorai, Ramey and Hanzell and Sauvignon Blanc from Merry Edwards and Cliff Lede. Filter by grape or region, or ask us. Pickup, delivery or shipping where the law allows.
