Riesling

Riesling is the most misunderstood white on the shelf and one of the best values in the shop. Most of the German Riesling we carry is dry or just off dry: lime, stone fruit, a streak of minerality and low alcohol that makes it the wine for spicy food, Thai and Indian dinners, and anything with a little heat.

Look for Mosel, Rheingau, Rheinhessen and Pfalz bottles from Keller, Georg Breuer, Von Winning and Fabelhaft, and Finger Lakes Riesling from New York State.
